Cancellation Contrack
12 April 2022 I request A cancelation off my contract with Tracker Thumelo Mathe sent me the settlement letter ,I paid the settlement amount the same day and sent proof off payment. the cancelation was never done. Every mouth after April I will phone and try to resolved but nothing happen. Finally on 10 August 2022 a Claudia Pilly helped me and sent me a mail that its has been canceled. But still tracker sent me a 30 Day Notification for a amount out standing. I phone them again and request all my recordings off ever time I phone and said the contract was canceled and i will not pay and but noting happens
