Canceling my tracker device
I bought my car in March 2014, in 2015 i transferred the account from my husbands name to mine. I was told that this is a two year contract. Then i wanted to cancel the contract in May 2017 as i have sold my car, i was told that i cant as its a contract. So the consultant i spoke to told me that the contract will expire in september 2017. Today i phone and they tell me that , no my contract only expires june 2018 as now suddenly i have a 36 month contract???? I am not happy with this at all, then i also need to pay a penalty of R800+- on the account now to cancel it?? I would not refer anyone i know to tracker as they bull**** you!!!!
