Canceled, yet on Transunion/Compuscan

I canceled my tracker contract due to selling my vehicle. YEARS ago. However, there is a tracker listing on my Transunion credit profile as well as Compuscan stating that I owe them money. This is NOT the case. I have queried this with their call center TWICE and have been told they will sort it out. More than 9 months and it's STILL there, still hows as installment due, balance due.
