CANCELATION DIFFICULTY ‼️‼️‼️

I joined Tracker connect in 2021 and April 2023 I sold my car, I then requested for cancelation and I was told I need to pay R800 for cancelation fee to settle my account, I paid the money and I called to ask if the money is reflecting and I was told it dies reflect, however tracker have been deducting money for despite me not having the car anymore, I still receive their emails for statement even though I canceled my policy, this is totally unacceptable, its easy and nice to join you guys but when it comes to canceling you guys drag your feet, you can't be deducting money from me while I don't have the car, its been long guys noo.
