Cancel your Tracker connect contract while you still can! These people don't care!

Tracker is the worst service provider! I highly advise against anyone subscribing with them. I have been with them for over 5 years. This morning I called and asked to cancel their services, spoke to Lebo Kgale who was very rude and told me that I'm on a 3 year contract. In November they installed a new unit as the previous one was faulty, they advised that it will be on a month to month contract, as my 3 year contract was done years ago. Now all of a sudden they refuse to cancel that subscription. I'm annoyed to the core!!!!
