Call Centre - Technical

<p>My skytrac log last at 4/12/2016 time 13h57;57, tracker sent me a sms at the 8/12/16 11h00 :Your tracker skytrax unit in vichle JPJ478NW has not detected vehicle movement recently. Please reply parked/in workshop/in use or call ********** 870: I am reply parked, because was at home. </p> <p>16/12/2016 was login to look at my kilometers for the month and see my skytrax didnt work.</p> <p>I log a Call at the call centre at 16/12/2016 8h11, the guy tell me he wil log a call and the technical service will call me. On 19/12/2016 call again the call centre and the women tell me she wil log also a call to the technical to call me and ask for the adress, this now 20/12/2016 10h10am and nobody call me.</p> <p>My problem is that the company what i work for pay the half of the montly subscripsion, and he pay me for the mileage what i on the road every month, so i lost alot of money.</p> <p> </p>
