Not only did I learn that I wasnt being tracked during the month of my experiencing an accident, now I've been debited even after canceling Tracker over a month. There is no assistance via email, and you're sent from pillar to post on call trying to get assistance. Trackers liasing with me has been exceptionally poor, from not updating my profile info correctly after several times of updating, now Im struggling to be reimbursed for services not rendered.

Thank her for her professionalism and attendance to my query.
Please improve on your turnaround time to queries. Its pretty ridiculous to wait so many weeks for a response, actioning only after a client becomes irate. Please also do something about your contact lines. The 0860 numbers dont call in via cellphone, largely via landlines. Asking for your future clients, because its over between us.
