I'm having a very bad experience from tracker some moths back I couldn't track both my cars of which one is under business account and was told is still under dealership of which we managed to change to the name of my business, fast forward yesterday the same problem repeated again since from yesterday it shows that my is still in makhado I've refreshed the app million times it doesn't change to my suprise when I call tracker call centre the told me that that car is under another company name and I must provide that company number. How ok earth must I know that, whereas last time when I fix it I thought it was captured correctly under my company name. So, if that's the case what I'm paying tracker for?. what do they offer to ensure that our cars are safe all the time, let alone that they will able to recover the car is god forbidden something happens.
