Buzzing me

iv called on the 23rd wanting to put in a 30days notice to cancel my contract. I was advised that retention consultant will call back within 48 working hours. Saturday iv called following up as the 48 hrs had lapsed already. Spoken to another consultant who promised to log an urgent query...later on Lerato called and as I wanted to explain she hung up. Its now a week and I haven't been assisted. Poor Poor Service ever
