***** business dealings

I have called them last month 2nd August to cancel the tracker policy as my car is sold. Come end of the month they still debited me and and today when I called to enquire why I was devoted despite having cancelled I m told that there's no record of cancellation on this policy whereas they always claim that all call are recorded. And I have since asked for proof of cancellation in the morning and it's now evening but still nothing received. Really ***** company to do business with.. partner with the at own risk
