Billing of SMS notifications

I could not access my car guard notification via email in June 2021, I therefore opted for SMS notifications. My monthly installment with skytrack has always been R260 let alone not knowing that their sms notifications will amount to R4 354, what kind of SMS notification will amount to such a high bill amount? They don't tell you how much will their extra cost be for each sms sent to you. Let alone that I was made aware that the sms notifications are billed extra and are not free as the email notifications. Where on earth will u get such huge amounts just for tracker connect sms's. This is really insane, its a hidden way of tracker connect to make money. My tracking device never cost me R4 000, even my cellphone account doesn't amount to R4 000 just for SMS's where will I get money to just pay for SMS's that were sent by tracker during this difficult times of our economy? This is really insane.
