Billing of service i didn't need

I joined tracker through Miway as part of the package. I left Miway in Sep 2015 to join another insurance company. I do not have a contract with Tracker. Miway was supposed to notify Tracker when I left, just as it is the way I got to know them. The truth is in did not need, them, I never used them even when I had them, I just aid the as part of package with MIWAY. my interest was in Miway and not Tracker. Tracker continued to debit my account and I reversed the transactions and they handed me over to attorneys . Now, this morning they have deducted my account after I made a payment arrangement with their attorneys.
