<p>I signed a three year agreement with Tracker but never receiced any accounts/statements during this period. When the contract was due to terminate I stopped my debit order just to finf out that there was one month left. I received a sms on my cellphone that the contract was still valid for another month after termination as I neglect to give Tracker one month's notice after the agreement was supposed to be terminated. This is when I requested staements/accounts as i never received any. A was willing to pay Tracker the last month's amount of R 145.52 as per agreement. They demanded an extra month's fee and handed me over for debt collection.</p> <p>I am a valued client at several financial institutions and can now get a loan of up to R 150,000, but Tracker demand a R 145.52 fee. Should I received statements monthly this would never happened.</p>
