BIG COMPANY LIKE TRACKER CANNOT CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE

good day i find it very strange that yourll tracker a huge company that cannot change a debit order date due to it being december most companies pay they staff early .. now when i called the lady said nope they cannot do that.............. i mean why now
