Tracker they are taking advantage of their customers. Since from 2016 signed with them for 36 month’s contracts , then after was suppose to be on a month to month contract, however, when I was changing my car in 2020 I informed them that since I’m on month to month contract they can come and remove device from my old car to a new car, we didn’t agree because I couldn’t afford 1600 for migrating the device to a new car then they said if fine they can do it for free because I was cancelling with them, fast forward now, I spoke to three agent’s pertaining their increase, to my surprise two agreed that I’m on a month to month contract but the third one disagree and they claim that their have a recording while I was agreeing to that contract, till today I’m still waiting for that recording is been four week’s and today they have debuted the same amount that I didn’t agree upon. obviously there is provisions on that voice that they are playing to customer’s if u don’t agree u won’t be assisted until u agree to their term’s. So, now I need a confirmation from this day light ******’s where I was agreeing to those nonsense or failure to do so they must just cancel that month to month contract and pay me back what they deducted without my concern
