BEWARE OF TRACKER DISCOUNTED OFFERS THE DON'T KEEP TO THEM

I have been with tracker for several years now and whenever I was in financial trouble they helped me with discounts so that I could get my account up to date for which I am very grateful. Now with Covid times have been really tough and once again Tracker offered me a reduced amount to pay R255.34 by 30-10-2021 reference number ***. My payment was made on 29-10-2021 by EFT. On 17-11-2021 I received a call from Blake associates attorneys for the very amount that was discounted in the offer I received. I explained and forwarded the sms to them and again this morning I received another call from the same attorneys for the very same thing and explained again about the sms. From the reaction I got from the last caller it seems I'm not the only person with this problem. THANK YOU TRACKER FOR YOUR KIND DISCOUNT OFFER WHICH I HONOURED . SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT KEEPING TO YOUR OFFER AND HANDING THE ACCOUNT OVER TO ATTORNEYS FOR COLLECTION ANYWAY EVEN THOUGH THE AMOUNT YOU STATED WAS PAID.
