Beware of this greedy company

Bought an SUV from a wonderful dealership which came with a Tracker tracking device factory fitted. Called Tracker for quotes to activate the tracking device on a monthly prepaid basis. They told us that we either need to take a 36 month contract, or pay R1800 upfront for the tracking device plus our monthly premiums if we want to go prepaid. This tracking device was in the vehicle with all the other extras that came factory fitted and the Dealership is not asking us to pay extra for it. However Tracker, who had nothing to do with the sale of the vehicle, now wants us to pay Tracker for it. This after the consultant I spoke to agreed that the tracking device was already paid for by the car manufactures. We are now looking for quotes with other tracking companies. Tracker's device will be worth nothing to us or to Tracker and will remain dormant in our vehicle because of Tracker's greed and ************ policies. Cannot understand why Outsurance continues to be affiliated with Tracker after all the negative reviews they have been getting lately :(
