I was suprised that after cancelling my tracker and paying cancellation fee. My name is not appearing favourably agaisnt tracker on ITC. So i called as i want to buy a house and had to get a letter of settlement. I called and spoke to Itekeng. He made my call worth a while. I realy appreciate it. He got my email address wrong. I called and spoke to a lady who was also friendly. So tracker has a lot of good enployees. Itekeng send the letter within minutes. Unlike other companies turnaround time is 48 hours which s***s. Thank you Itekeng and thank u tracker for fast service. But kindly update my ITC record as the mistake was on your side. I cancelled the contract and paid the cancellation fee on time. I shouldnt even be requesting a settlement letter.
