Battling to terminate their contract

I've been with tracker for 3 years. When contract expired which was October 2018. I've been trying to terminate it as I no longer need it. But is almost impossible to terminate. I called their call center after waiting for 30 minutes for the call to be answered, I was told somebody will call me to help me terminate the contract. I only received the call after 31 days and the guy was claiming he called me twice and I did not answer which was not true. He read me some conditions which he was forcing me to agree to them. When I told the guy I could not agree he indicated I cannot terminate the contract.
