Bat Tracker service

I had a tracker installed in one of my cars since installation I just had problems with it it doesn't work properly if you contact tracker support they say it is a glitch in the system they say they will get a tec to come out but you never hear of them if you phone back the stuff had been closed but no tec come out to the car,I spoke to a supervisor that say the system have a life time guarantee on system. I am paying every month the money gets taken but no proper service from them.

What happens if the car get ****** what will tracker say ?????
