Bad,poor Service, not caring about their clients

I had a bad experience with tracker connect very bad i was stucked yersteday around past six i then pressed emergency button after that they called asking me how can they help me i then explain my problem to the them,then they said to me we will send our team to come and assist you, since i have been waiting for help,the help that i was waiting for never arived i was left stranded tracker never checked up on me if i am still ok did their team arrived to help me never they asked for my location i then send it but i never got update from there,the saddest part is that i feard for my life cause where i got stucked the place is not safe i even explain that on the phone that the place is not safe, but they never care all they care about is debiting my account every month but they failed to deliver, i thought i was in good hands with tracker connect but i was totally wrong,dont want to lie i was heart broken cause my life was exposed to danger and my car also who knows what could have happened to me if i didnt call my colligues to come and rescue me, its sad when you pay for Service from the company like these then you dont get help,the worse part i have to pay tmy coligue for rescueing me while i am pay for service to tracker connect, this is bad and really hurting
