Bad Servicing of Dispute/Complaint on privacy

I had the worst service from Tracker and will not recommend their services to anyone from my workplace, friends and family and anyone who'd ask which tracking company I recommend. I registered 3 vehicles and all was ******-dory and smooth until someone else called (third party) in and gained access to my account records that are held by Tracker. Beside having grounds to submit a request for removal of one vehicle from my account, the third party was also given access to payment information of vehicles under my name, details of vehicles and other personal information from the account. This was done by Tracker without any prior consent or notification of a change in my account. I will never understand why Tracker would release personal information and/or make such changes in the contract without informing responsible person on the contract. I woke up realizing one vehicle registered under my account was removed and when I asked reasons there was not formal notification shared with me for this change - none was provided. The terms and conditions of the contract state clearly that

"1 We have the right to make changes to the agreement -We have the right to make changes to the agreement from time to time. We will tell you about the changes at least 30 calendar days before the changes come into effect if such changes impact on your rights. -We have the right to inform you of changes in a shorter period in any of the following circumstances: a)If the change is required by law; b)If it is reasonable to give less than 30 calendar days' notice, having regard to the nature or content of the change.

This is evidently a breach in the interests of protecting personal information that is legislated by a constitutional POPI Act that was passed by the state. From this, I have difficulty finding any reasons to continue services with Tracker due to their lack of regard to protection of personal information. I am afraid someone would anytime call in and produce whatever documents deemed legal and acceptable and access my information and location of vehicles without my knowing through courtesy advice by Tracker. Such a distasteful service from a security service company!
