Bad services and consumer services and very bad administration

Last year I sent in a request on the app to contact me. It took them almost 2 months to do so. Then I was informed that I have to understand that they are to buzzy to speak to me. I was the informed that when you pay via debit order you are not allowed to cancel or change payment reference for 36 months, but if it was a cash payment you may do this on a period of 30 days notice. They fined me due to that it took them so long to come back to me. I informed them that the problem was on their side and will not pay the fine. I can request it again by May/June this year. Finally, after sending a request on the app again, they contacted me and offered me a reduce in my instalment, and sent me my statement with this. Also that the penalty will be reversed. This was not on the statement, so I understand that the issue has been resolved. Just to find that they have debited my account on the wrong date, for the wrong amount again. Debit date is last day of the month, and debit was done on the 27th of the month. Also the installment was taken down to R129.00pm, but my account was debit for R249.00. If this is how they do costumer service, and running the accounts department, how reliable is the rest of the services. I will never ever ref any body to this company.
