Bad service Tracker

Again today Tracker not available to track my vehicle. Vehicle is on N4 Highway near Nelspruit and still showing it is standing in my garage at home. Our money every month is good but very...very poor service.

Tracker only apologise with no reason to time frame when will it be rectified....very bad service. Our money is good bad service is very poor and not professional.
