Bad Service, Scheduling time is pointless.

<p>I have made an appointment with Tracker to install a unit in my vehicle on 6 June 2016 for 13 June 2016 at 08:00am.(Week later)</p> <p>I got an sms on 12 June 2016 14:00pm that confirmed my appointment. I got another sms on 13 June 2016 07:00am to confirm my appointment. </p> <p>I then stood outside the building at 8:00 waiting for the techinician...08:15... came and went 08:30.. came and went...08:45 came and went.</p> <p>Then the technician calls me only at 09:04 appolagizing and begging me not to say anything. The Technician was Lee-Roy Dagama. Lee-Roy only arrived at 10:00 in the morning trying to call me, But yet I am in a meeting...Hense why 8:00am appointment was made and important to stick too.</p> <p>When asking Lee-Roy why he was late, his answer was that he had a rough weekend and had to pick up stock.</p> <p>Lee-Roy was then highly upset with me because HE was late and begging me not to report him was even worse. Dont make your problems my problems.</p> <p>I had made the appointment a week ago, so to pick up stock and having a rough weekend is completely unnacceptable excuses.</p> <p>There is No point in making an appointment if the technician can not stick to it.</p> <p>Horrible Service from technician Lee-Roy Dagama.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tracker acc number: ********** </p> <p>Justin</p>
