Bad service from TrackerConnect

The service one receives from Tracker is so disappointing even when queried are escalated you never get assistance. I’ve been waiting for my key tag for over a month now. Gontse who was initially assisting said it will take 3 days for me to receive it. This was in November now it’s December, I’ve made over 6 follow up calls even today I haven’t received and I was told it’s already dispatched and I would receive it on Monday.
