Bad service from Tracker

Tracker is useless. I went to their fitment centre in Alberton to have a tracker installed in my car. They called me to tell me that they are done and I should receive an sms with logging in details to set up the app. I then wait and nothing came through then they told me I can go the sms will come within an hour. I then waited and nothing came through. I've been waiting for their assistance and nothing has been done. I'm the one who has to make calls with my own airtime and write emails. They have not yet responded since they installed the unit on the 8th May. I made a call and wait for a long time for them to answer and even when they answered they still couldn't help instead they tell me that the device is not yet configured to my car I must wait for 72 hours to get in configured. Then I ask them if any happens to my call will they be able to locate it? Their answer was NO. Tracker is like the ****mers that we have these day they let drive out with a unit that is not working. Moreover they threaten you with the 36 months contract that they made you to sign. Tracker is failing to deliver.
