Bad service from Tracker
They have charged me R6763.10 since August 2019 which is average od R676 per month after i opted for the cheapest package .They are still charging me for a vehickle i have cancelled more than 2 years ago and the cancellation was done telephonically.To speak to an agent is a waste of time as the last one said i must give proof of cancellation and i told her they always say that the conversations is been recorded so she can go and look for that recording.I am really annoyed by this attitude of tbe agents and i must pay the price

21 May 2020, 08:38Yeah thanx for letting me know that you have cancelled my subscription today 20 May 2020 for the vehicle that i have cancelled more than 2 years ago.The vehickle has broken down and still is thats why i cancelled it so i have paid for a vehickle i didnt use because of your mistake you chose the easy way out instead of doing a proper investigation
