Bad service from Tracker
I sold my car 5 years ago. Did not remove the tracking system. Battle to cancel the debit order for 2 years now. Sent cancellation letter. Stop the debit order at the bank. Agree to pay a cancellation fee of R310.00. But still nothing. They keep on sending me sms that they will hand me over if I do not pay the cancellation fee, which I did. Fax it to them. Email it to them. Phone them. Get reference numbers. Phone them again. Still to receive my monthly sms. WHAT CAN I DO.
