Bad service by tracker

The recent experience with Tracker's Mr Lebaka Leshabela is depressing. We are existing clients of tracker but decided to replace the car with a new car. Tracker gave us option to either cancel the contract at R1000 or transfer the device to the new car for R1100. We chose the cheaper option, like any other normal person would do, to cancel and look for another tracking company. They convinced us that they will give us a transfer discount of R300 which meant R800 transfer cost. we agreed on the basis that the contract will now existing on new terms and that the next payment would be on the new device installed in the new car. To our surprised, we are double charged for the car we no longer have and Mr Lebaka Leshabela believes its terms and conditions of the contract, which where not even raised when we were convinced to stay. We would have been better off had Tracker agreed to let us go. and by the way, we have two cars under tracker. Seemingly, there has been misrepresentation by the tracker representative in this regard. However, we take solace in that he (Leshabane) agreed to investigate, although sounded pre-emptive of the outcome. Disappointed!
