Bad service
On 15/06/2023 a new tracking device was fitted on my Hilux. The installer assured that both units was working 100%. I have received the following sms's everytime I start the Hilux. Main battery disconnect. On various occassions attempting to contact me regarding the safety of my Hilux. 02/08/2023 Tracker unit not functional, I did contact Tracker, but no feedback. 09/08/2023 Tracker has not detected movement. Then received a sms for a unit check, I rep**** to Tracker on the sms, no feedback. This has been going on for months. It is totally unacceptable. This is an URGENT MATTER!
