Bad service at Tracker

Received a message from Tracker that the tracker in my vehicle is faulty. I phoned them made an appointment for them to come and check it out. Made special arrangements for them to come and then they didn't pitch. Phoned them and the lady said she will come back to me in 10 minutes. Ha-ha I am still waiting.... I even went on to www.tracker.co.za and requested them to contact me, also zero reply. I phoned again and requested to speak to a manager but apparently none is available. I am sitting with a faulty tracker that I must pay but they do not come to the party. I am leaving them for a different company.
