Bad service and much of a **** than a service

Bad service and so much of a **** than an actual service. My car was hijacked and I was kidnapped in that incident by the hijackers for a night. My wife called them to notify them and they didn’t want to give out any info as to where the car was. The worst is that they are still debiting my account for a car they couldn’t find and when I call to cancel, they tell me that I must pay them to cancel, and even if you pay, they don’t cancel it. When I call, they don’t answer and when they do, they tell you that it’s cancelled, but come month end, they debit. You just can’t get rid of them. They are simply parasites
