Bad service and attitude!

May 21 or 22 2019 I app**** for the tracker and everything went well, installation and all administration done. Now on the 11/11/2019 I receive a call fromNorman Bissett Attorneys, a rude lady by the name of Jane calls and tell me that my account was handed over for +_R500.00. I’m like how come is this account handed over when not even once Tracker Connect deducted in the previous months. They were given an account where they could debit their R119.00 every month. Why must it be my problem now when that account always had money. I told her to tell tracker connect to come and retrieve their tracking device. I can’t deal with people who can’t do their business properly!!!! How do you hand over my account????? They must ****** sort out that mess and remove my name at Norman Bissett
