Bad service again from tracker

So again this is month 3 I am tired on my last review a nice lady from tracker phoned me and asured me that my problem will not happen again low and behold this morning on 26 of November and not the 1 of Desember when it is supposed to go of tracker took my debit order from my account I have phoned so many times spoken to managers and still this problem presist I think it is time yust to cancel my almost 10year of good service for absulutely no help from tracker if it is this difficult to solve such an easy problem how will they recover my vehicles if they are ****** I wonder
