Bad Service
Kindly assist please if you can.
This client is complaining he never received a notifications that they was tampering with his battery he only received a message when it was towed when it was too late.
The client said to repair the truck it will cost him R8000 and they stole R36 000 worth of Copper Tracker said they will give him 3 months off paying the contract.
Client is not happy with that, kindly advise what we can do please.
