bad service 2nd time around

this is my second hello peter letter to tracker, nothing has been resolved, the people I am dealing with at tracker are very very confused and ***********, from 18/2 all I simply requested was a de installation of a vehicle I have sold and a re installation of a vehicle I have bought - I have called 100s of times and filled & emailed forms more than once & they are confusing which vehicles need to be handled, who to contact - despite all the information that I filled out on the forms and what ive said via the telephone. the same bad service was experienced when I first opened the contract with them. If it was so expensive to cancel I would and take my advice, never use tracker. there are other tracking companies around now.
