One of the contacts on my Tracker profile received a message “Harness Disconnect notification”; firstly, I am not sure why they received the message, secondly, what does that even mean? I then called your call centre, who couldn’t help and said they would “refer it” and get someone to contact me. Apparently they tried contacting me (from an 011-575…. number), but I’m in IT, have a number of meetings and couldn’t attend to the call. I then called back because I received an SMS from a 011 243… number. How do I even know these numbers are related to Tracker? I then called back and the person couldn’t assist me, once again wanted to “refer” the issue, because “that department only operates on e-mails”. Firstly, why not send out messages that people actually understand and can respond to (harness disconnect means nothing to a lay person) and secondly, why not send the same contact number as SMS numbers as you use for the call centre? That way customers know where the calls are coming from and can respond accordingly? Needless to say, my issue has still not been resolved.
