Bad service

I have been debited with R435.00 for the month of April instead of R169.00 plus a pro-rata of R88.77 as per received communication. I spoken to Tsietsi on 02/05 requesting the retrieval of the call where I agree on this debit as I don't remember what service I've been debited for as I never agree to such. I called on 18/05 for follow up and spoken to Justin. After holding on the phone for a long time because Tsietsi has not updated the system as he told me the request can be available in 10 days time. He came back with no answer and has emailed me the response as per below email.

I have spoken to Tsietsi, He advised me that he has not received any feedback from the Tracker guard team, please send an email to ********** to escalate the matter, I will also send another request to request that audio.
