Bad service

I guss they tracking people to make money out off them firstly they call i acccept thier tracker anf tild them i had a device installed in my vehicle already they told no its fine it wont be problem they tell me they wont debit me this it wil only be debited next month guss what they R120 which i accepted tracker for 99 per month i didnt get any contract now they send me lawyers saying i owe them which i cancleed the tracker via their WhatsApp group am suprised how thier lawyers calling and threatening me how do i get help cause as customers these people harras us knowing we will except any nonsense service they give us
