BAD Service
I've recently found out our contract was cancelled, but tracker won't give me any details as I'm phoning on my husbands request!! NO co-operation whatsoever!!! I've send numerous mails requesting a cancellation certificate, but haven't had any reply for more than a week now!!!!! The \customer service"person won't listen to reason as I have all my husband's details and they are of NO HELP!!! Pathetic!!!!"""
