Bad service

I have been with tracker for years and since this year after getting my second car an instaled a tracking device with them l have had terrible experience. I was always notified as soon as l entered high risk areas but not anymore. Now again every day after five in the evening when I try to get into my app it shows me where my car was 3hours ago. An I will get notified that in the early hours in the morning that my car is on and I have to walk out to check if my car is safe or not. So today after talking to them they told me that they had a system problem since weekend and customers were told through social media. This is so disgusting bcos not everyone is using social. Clearly my cars are not safe bcos l cant access my app an l keep on getting false sms from them
