Bad Service

I signed a 3 year contract with Tracker and it expired in October 2015. According to the contract, my subscription was going to be reduced after 3 years as I would have bought the Unit in my car, meaning I would now own it. In July when enquired as to why was my subscription still the same amount, they reduced it the next month but they refused to refund me all monies that were charged extra since October 2015. In August, I got an email saying that they are increasing the subscription from October this year and it would be the same amount as I was paying previously. Now I’m considering moving to another tracking company.

I just spoke to Shakira from Tracker. He explained to me that, Tracker does not automatically reduce the premium when the contract expires after 3 years. They only reduce it if the client calls and requests reduction on premium and they are not obliged to refund what I was paying extra. So no refunds. (RIDICULOUS). I then asked if it’s fair that after having paid extra (from October 2015 and with no refund) should they increase my Premium from October 2016. He said, the price increase will still affect me regardless. (PATHETIC). I cancelled my Subscription immediately and I’m happy I will be moving to another Vehicle Tracking Company.
