Bad Review
After writing a review about my experience an Agent got in contact with me , asking why i decided to go so far ?!
first of all , after 4 x installation dates [ which only one showed up ] , the agent was on his phone the whole time , AND the tracking device is not working , nobody answering their phones at the customer care number ..
a date was made for 14 Aug 14:30 , NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN . 4 x days that i have to take off at work to be able to be available for the installation , waiting in town to make it easier for THEM since the farm road to my house is not the best . I was understanding each and every time .. enough is enough don’t you think? atleast just answer your phone!
definitely would NOT recommend tracker connect SA .
