Bad customer service

Bad customer service from the technician called Molly Mavuna. She treated my request foe installation as if is a free service even though i will be paying for it, she arrived late to my appointment and she was busy complaining the entire time saying she stays far, they booked her at an area she wasn't supposed to be at, then she didn't want to wait while i charge the battery as it was flat before ahe can install, she was just not willing to assist me with the installation and ahe left just like that. Bad bad service.
