Bad Customer Service

Firstly I would like to complain for not treated well by tracker agility. Sometime in August 2017 I was nearly hijacked but fortunately my laptop bag rescued me. The guys broke my car window to gain access to enter the car whereas the other one was demanding that I step out of the car or I should drive to where they want to take me. The one who took the back seat saw my laptop bag behind the seat and opted to take it and run away the one at the passenger seat took the car radio and ran after the guy who took my laptop bag. In my laptop bag there was my wallet and I lost. I called Agility to report the matter but I was only told that they will not compensate me since the car was taken. I was traumitised by then, but now that I have passed that phase I see that I was not fairly treated as I was their client since 2012. Regardless of the fact that my car was not taken but my possessions were taken because I used my money to get back my documents as well as my bank cards back. I pay every month for that service of which when you are faced with the siyuationn they come up with stories of which I think it is really unfair, why should I have that kind of policy all they do is to debit my account but when it's pay back time they come with the whole of stories. Which means the tracker insurance promises heaven and earth when they want you to sign up.
