bad customer service

<p>On many occasions I Have contacted tracker to cancel our tracker in February my vehicle was involved in an accident and was a write off. I have now sold the vehicle and am currently unemployed and I do not have money to pay for this tracker anymore they kept on giving me only one option to pay R1200 wich I do not have due to unforeseen circumstances and lack of income I cannot pay tracker anymore. I advised the new owner of the vehicle about tracker to continue with tracker he advised me that the van is not mobile and can't pay for it.i needs a way forward cause it's now been 9 months that I paid for something am not using. If tracker do not assist me in cancelling this contract I will post ads everyday to advise people that the should not take tracker. Tracker fone u advise you its such a good deal u dont really pay attention and they **** you into a 3 year contract. The next complain is going to go to consumer watch.</p>
