BAD ADMIN RUINED MY CREDIT HISTORY

I was a client of Tracker for about 6 years and after sending an email on the 9 Dec to cancel my account was ignored until mid January after sending 5 or more emails and contacting the call centre. <br> <br> What this means is that they have now ruined my credit history by saying that my account was 90 days overdue, due to them not getting back to me and allowing me to close my account.<br> <br> I'm highly disappointed and would NEVER again use or recommend their services!!!
