Awful call centre service

I must say I am very livid with tracker, firstly I get a call to book for fitment to be done on my car they lady books the appointment so I take a day off work to get tracker installed, I call to check my booking they tell me I was booked to go to a fitment centre. Now I try to book for an appointment at Freeway Toyota and I am put on hold for 15 minutes before I dropped the call. If I can't get this thing installed in my car today I will cancel and go with another company
