Avoided me when I tried to Cancel!!

Tracker insurance is a **** with staff trained to lie!

I submitted a request to have my insurance with tracker canceled, to which a representative phoned me and said i signed a 3 year agreement and was liable to pay R1600 before the account could canceled.

I was never told this is a 3 year agreement, and the documentation that was sent to me mentions nothing about it being for 3 years, so either I am being **** to so that tracker can make more money out of me, or the sales team is trained to mislead clients into signing agreement that they aren't even aware of, both are deplorable.

Nowhere in my policy was it stated or told to me that this is such a long commitment as it was never told to me over the phone and is not in the policy I received.

Now that I am trying to have them explain it to me and help me cancel, they don't reply to my emails, and when they are supposed to call me, my phone rings, as soon as I answer they end the call and send a message that says "we tried to reach you".

Tracker insurance is intentionally misleading clients and has deplorable business practices that emphasize lies and deceit. And to add insult to injury, the tracker they installed in my car is faulty. So I'm paying for nothing.

Don't waste your time and money with them!
